TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read ALL of my terms of service before ordering a commission!

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

• Right to Refuse
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE any commission for any reason. This includes if I feel uncomfortable with the subject or if I believe it is outside my skill range. [For example: I may decline to draw detailed mecha, specific fanart of a franchise I'm unfamiliar with, or themes I'm not comfortable with.]• Payments & Refunds
Payment is required UPFRONT, or 50% before I start and the remaining 50% after the art is finished (before the final image is sent).
I WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS if you cancel the commission after the SKETCH or LINEART phase has begun.
Refunds will ONLY be given if I have not yet started your drawing, OR if I am the one who decides to cancel the commission.• Signature & Credits
Do NOT remove my signature from the artwork. If you are interested in commercial rights (using the art for profit), please contact me so we can discuss a separate agreement and pricing.
If you post the artwork on any social media or platform, YOU MUST CREDIT ME. Tag my profile (@sapoha_de_hian) or link back to my account. Failure to credit or claiming my art as your own will result in a block, a report, and a permanent ban from future commissions.
I reserve the right to POST your commissioned piece on my own SOCIAL MEDIA and PORTFOLIO. If you wish to keep the artwork private (for example, if it's a gift or a commercial piece), please let me know beforehand and we can discuss a private commission fee.• Revisions & Changes
To ensure you're happy with the result, I will send you updates throughout the process: SKETCH, LINEART, and FLAT COLORS/BASE COLORS.
MAJOR CHANGES requested after the lineart is complete may incur an additional fee. (For example: Changing the character's pose, altering the entire background, or requesting a completely new color scheme.)
MINOR CHANGES are usually free, even after the lineart stage. (For example: Adjusting a facial expression, changing the color of a small accessory, or adding/removing a simple item.)]{#3C9FA6}• Turnaround Time
The time needed to complete your commission depends on its complexity.
Generally, a standard character illustration takes approximately ONE WEEK to complete.
I will always communicate with you during the process. Please try to respond to my messages (especially regarding sketch approvals) in a timely manner, as delays in your response can delay the final delivery of your art.• NSFW (Adult Content) Policy
I do accept NSFW commissions under the following conditions:FICTIONAL CHARACTERS ONLY: I will not draw NSFW art of real people (celebrities, acquaintances, or self-inserts based on real photographs).ALL CHARACTERS MUST BE ADULTS: All characters depicted in NSFW art must be over 18 years of age and must visually appear to be adults. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission if a character is known to be a minor, or if their design appears child-like or underage. (For example: I will draw mature themes for original adult characters or adult characters from anime/games, but I will not draw NSFW of characters with very young faces or school uniforms implying they are underage.)• References
Please provide CLEAR VISUAL REFERENCES with your order. The more details you provide (poses, expressions, outfits, color palettes), the easier it is for me to create something you'll love! (For example: You can send Pinterest links, screenshots, mood boards, or simple sketches as reference.)
